Dust Collector Bag Replacement

After the dust bag is used for a period of time, it will be damaged with the friction of dust, and then the dust bag will not be able to play its filtering role. In order to protect the normal operation of the bag filter, we must replace the dust filter bag. What problems should we pay attention to in the process of replacing the dust filter bag? 1. First, before replacing the dust filter bag, we have to close the inlet valve of the bag filter. Let the blowing system work continuously for 30 minutes to keep the induced draft fan running normally. After 30 minutes, we will clean up the dust in the dust bin.
2. Turn off the power supply of the entire bag filter to ensure that maintenance personnel will not have electric shock accidents.
3. Use a wrench to open the top inspection hole of the bag filter and remove the injection pipe of the injection system.
4. After dismantling all the blowing pipes, pull out all the bag cages.
5. After pumping all the bag cages, we use special tools to flatten the spring expansion ring of the dust filter bag, so that the expansion ring is separated from the orifice plate and falls into the dust collection bin.
