1. Filter air speed

The filter air speed of the bag type dust collector is too high, which is the main reason for the damage of the cloth dust collector bags. There was no obvious response in a short time, but the service life of the filter bag was greatly shortened. 2. Operating temperature

The key to the filter bag is to select the cloth dust collector bags suitable for the corresponding dust temperature. In recent years, some small-sized manufacturers have used small sewing machines as processing equipment, and used low-quality thread as raw materials during processing, and the processing level is outdated, which makes the cloth dust collector bags split, and cracked after they are not used for a long time. Although the small-sized bags can also be used, after bearing much dust, they will fall off after a period of time.
