The Working Principle and Structure of Bag Type Dust Collector Technology

Ⅰ. Working principle of bag type dust collector technology


When the bag type dust collector is working normally, under the action of the fan, the dust-containing gas is sucked into the air inlet main pipe, is evenly distributed to the air inlet chambers through the air inlet branch pipes, and then flows into the filter bag, and a large amount of dust is trapped in the filter, while the airflow passes through the filter bag to achieve purification. The purified airflow is discharged into the air through the baghouse and into the chimney along the air outlet pipe.


With the thickening of the dust attached to the surface of the filter bag fabric, the resistance of the bag type dust collector continues to rise, which requires regular dust removal to reduce the resistance below the prescribed lower limit before the dust collector can operate normally. The dust removal is carried out in separate rooms, and the entire dust removal process is mainly completed by the actions of the pneumatic exhaust valve, the pneumatic reverse blow valve, the reverse blower and the ash removal control mechanism. First start the anti-air blower, and then clean the dust from room to room. First, close the pneumatic exhaust valve of the chamber and open the pneumatic blowback valve. Through the blowback action of the blower, the filter bag changes from bulging to shrinking. After a certain period of time, the pneumatic blowback valve is closed and the pneumatic exhaust valve is opened. A large amount of dust-laden gas rushes in again from bottom to top, causing the filter bag to re-inflate and shake. Repeat for many times, then close the exhaust valve and the blowback valve, so that the air in the bag room is stopped, and the dust adhering to the filter bag is shaken and falls off and settles into the ash bucket, thus achieving the purpose of dust removal. After cleaning a chamber, close the blowback valve of the chamber, open the exhaust valve to restore the normal filtration of a chamber, and then clean the chamber in turn. The dust in the ash hopper is discharged by the pneumatic ash discharge valve at the bottom.


Ⅱ. Structure of bag type dust collector


The bag type dust collector produced by our company adopts the form of air intake under the inner filter, and adopts three-state anti-air blow to remove dust. The main body structure adopts a frame-type steel structure and a filter bag hanging tensioning device: equipment body, ash hopper, air inlet system.


The basic structure of the product consists of three parts:


1. Air inlet, outlet and blowback system: including air inlet pipe, manual air inlet valve, air outlet pipe, pneumatic exhaust valve, blowback pipe, compressed air pipe, reverse blow valve.


2. Bag chamber structure: including body parts, flower panels, filter bags, hanging devices, inspection doors, ladder platforms, hanging beams.


3. Ash discharge system: It is composed of pneumatic ash discharge valve and ash hopper.
