Classification of Baghouse Filters

There are four kinds of baghouse filters: single bag filter, multiple bag filter, quick opening bag filter, top-in bag filter

1. Single baghouse filter

The baghouse filter is side-in, side-out and bottom-in and bottom-out. The filter bag is used as the filter core, which is suitable for liquid precision filtration and removes traces of fine impurities. Compared with the filter element filter, it has a large flow rate and quick operation. The outstanding advantages of consumables economy, especially suitable for filtering viscous liquids.

2. Multi-baghouse filter

Applicable industries and fluids

Applicable industries: fine chemicals, water treatment, papermaking, automotive industry, petrochemical, mechanical processing, coatings, electronics, etc.

Applicable liquid type: wide applicability, various liquids containing trace impurities

Main filtering function: remove particles of various sizes, purify liquids, and protect key equipment

Filter type: particulate filter, using disposable filter material to filter, manual replacement

3. Quick opening baghouse filter

The design of quick opening top cover is suitable for occasions requiring frequent replacement of filter bags. It is very suitable for processing operations and high pollution load applications. The rapid opening mechanism ensures simple operation.

4. Top-entry baghouse filter

The liquid flows into the filter bag from the inlet of the filter, the impurity particles larger than the filter aperture are intercepted on the inner surface or the middle of the filter material, and the liquid flows from the inside to the outside through the filter bag and converges at the outlet.

When the impurities on the filter bag accumulate to form a filter cake and the pressure difference reaches 0.05-0.1MPa, after replacing the clogged filter bag, you can continue to work.
