1. Working Principle of Bag Dust collector

Dust collector working principle is as follows: the dust gas enters the filter chamber by the lower open type, and then the coarser particles directly fall into the ash bin. After the dust gas is filtered by the filter bag, the dust is retained in the bag table while the clean gas passes through the bag mouth to the clean air chamber, and is discharged into the atmosphere by the fan. When the dust on the surface of the filter bag increases continuously, the program controller starts to work. The pulse valve is opened one by one to make the compressed air blow the filter bag through the nozzle to clear the dust, which makes the filter bag expand suddenly. Under the effect of the reverse airflow, the dust given to the bag meter quickly gets out of the filter bag and falls into the ash bin, and the dust is discharged by the ash discharging valve.

2. Working Principle of Pulse Dust Collector

The pulse dust collector is mainly composed of upper box body, middle box body, ash bucket, inlet air equalizing pipe, bracket filter bag, spraying device, ash discharging device and so on.

Dust collector working principle is as follows: dust gas flow into each room ash hopper from dust in the wind pipe. And the ash hopper guiding device, under the guide of large particles of dust is separated, directly into the hopper, and into the middle box body while fine dust evenly adsorbed on the outer surface of the filter pocket. Then clean gas through the filter bag into the box body, and go through the offline valve and exhaust duct into the atmosphere. As the working condition of filter, filter bag dust pile up. When the resistance of the device reaches the limit value (usually set to 1500Pa), the cleaning control device will automatically close the offline valve in the room according to the set value of the pressure difference or the set value of the cleaning time, and then open the electronic control pulse valve according to the set steps and stop blowing. Blown with compressed air immediately to increase the pressure in the filter bag, the dust on the filter bag (even if the fine dust can be removed more thoroughly after cleaning) can be shaken off and put into the ash hopper and discharged by the ash discharge mechanism.
