The jet dust collector bags consist of a frame box filter bag cleaning device, a compressed air device differential pressure device and an electric control device. The main difference between jet dust collector bags and other bag dust collectors is the dust removal device. When the jet dust bag equipment is working normally, the dusty gas enters the ash hopper from the air inlet. Due to the rapid expansion of the gas volume, some of the coarser dust particles fall into the ash hopper due to inertia or natural settlement, and most of the remaining dust particles follow the airflow and ascend into the bag room. After being filtered by the filter bag, the dust particles are retained on the outside of the filter bag. The purified gas enters the upper box from the inside of the filter bag, and then is discharged into the atmosphere through the valve plate hole and the exhaust port, so as to achieve the purpose of dust removal. Because the jet dust collector bag equipment is divided into several box areas, the above processes are carried out box by box. When one box area is cleaning dust, the other box areas are still working normally, ensuring the continuous normal operation of the jet dust collector bag. The key to the ability to deal with high-concentration dust is that the time required for this strong dust removal is extremely short (only 0.1 to 0.2 seconds for one injection).
At this stage, the rapid development of the dust removal industry inevitably requires people to invest more financial and material resources in it, but what we invest in is only the funds in the research and development process. When our efforts have reached a stage, the development of dust collectors must be moving towards a direction of higher speed, more stability and more cost-saving. Therefore, the emergence of jet dust collector bags has actually reduced the production and application costs to a large extent.
