LDMC long-bag low-pressure off-line pulse bag filter is a new type of pulse bag filter developed by our technicians with reference to the international advanced dust removal technology. It is widely used in electric power, building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry, iron and steel, large boilers, kilns and other industries, especially suitable for large air volume, high temperature flue gas treatment. It combines the characteristics of compartmentalized blowback and pulse cleaning, overcomes the shortcomings of insufficient strength of ordinary compartmentalized blowback and general pulse cleaning in the dust re-adsorption, and lengthening the filter bag to give full play to the role of compressed air cleaning. It is a kind of large-scale dust removal equipment with high dust removal efficiency, small footprint, stable operation, reliable performance and convenient maintenance.
This type of dust collector generally adopts off-line low-pressure pulse cleaning. The cleaning process is to cut off the net air outlet of the unit chamber first, so that the bag in the unit chamber is in a state of no airflow through. Then start the pulse valve cleaning work, the use of compressed air for pulse blowing cleaning. The off-line valve is closed long enough to ensure that the dust stripped from the filter bag after the filter bag is blown to settle in the ash hopper, to avoid the phenomenon that the dust leaves the surface of the filter bag and then adheres to the surface of the adjacent filter bag with the airflow, so that the filter bag can be thoroughly cleaned, the off-line valve, the pulse valve, the ash unloading valve by the programmable controller to realize fully automatic control. The dust falling into the dust hopper is discharged through the transportation system. The dust conveying system generally includes manual gate valve, rotary feeder, screw conveyor or chain conveyor, and pneumatic silo pump dust conveyor and so on. Different dust materials will choose different ways of conveying ash, we will customize the most perfect design according to the user's actual situation.
